1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by The Tyre Corporation Limited, trading as Alloy Wheel Refurbishment London (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.


2. Services Provided

We provide wheel refurbishment services including, but not limited to:

  • Diamond cut refurbishment

  • Painted wheel refurbishment

  • Powder coating

  • Shadow chrome finishes

  • Wheel repairs

  • Collection & delivery with loan wheels (where applicable)

All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill in line with UK consumer law.


3. Bookings & Deposits

  • A booking may require a deposit, which secures your appointment.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work begins or loan wheels are fitted.

  • Missed appointments or failure to provide access to the vehicle may incur a call-out fee.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle details during booking

  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle

  • Ensure wheel bolts, locking nut keys and accessories are available

  • Inform us of any previous wheel repairs, cracks, or structural issues

We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed faults.


5. Loan Wheels (If Applicable)

Loan wheels are provided on the following conditions:

  • They remain the property of The Tyre Corporation Limited

  • They must be returned in the same condition as supplied (fair wear and tear accepted)

  • Damage or loss may incur charges

  • Loan wheels are fitted for temporary use only


6. Collection & Delivery

  • Available within our stated radius for a fixed fee (additional charges may apply outside the radius).

  • A responsible adult must be present for handover.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


7. Completion Timeframes

We aim to meet estimated turnaround times, but delays may occur due to:

  • The condition of the wheels

  • Weather (for painted processes)

  • Supplier delays

  • Equipment or material issues

We will always notify customers of any significant delay.


8. Wheel Condition & Limitations

Some wheels may show minor imperfections after refurbishment due to:

  • Age

  • Deep corrosion

  • Previous poor repairs

  • Pitting or porosity in the metal

  • Structural damage

We will always advise you of limitations before proceeding.

Diamond cut wheels have a limited number of safe cuts due to material removal.


9. Warranty

We provide a warranty on workmanship:

  • Painted wheels: Typically 12 months

  • Powder coating: Typically 12 months

  • Diamond cut wheels: 6 months (due to natural vulnerability to corrosion)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Stone chips

  • Chemical damage

  • Pressure washer damage

  • Kerb impact

  • Corrosion caused by previous repairs

  • Failure to follow aftercare advice


10. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon completion, before the vehicle/wheels are released.

  • We accept: Major Credit and Debit Cards

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.


11. Cancellations

Your rights follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You may cancel within 14 days of booking when made online or by phone.

  • If work has begun, costs may be deducted for work completed.

  • Once the service is completed, cancellation is no longer possible.


12. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing faults

  • Cracks revealed during refurbishment

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or neglect

  • Losses arising from delays beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
