Refund Policy – The Tyre Corporation Limited (trading as Alloy Wheel Refurbishment London)

At The Tyre Corporation Limited, trading as Alloy Wheel Refurbishment London, we aim to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with the service they receive. If something isn’t right, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue fairly and efficiently.


Your Right to Cancel (Online or Distance Bookings)

If you book a service online or by phone, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • If work has not yet started, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you request that work begins within the 14-day period, you may be charged for the portion of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

  • Once the service has been fully completed with your consent, the right to cancel no longer applies.


Refunds for Services

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to:

  • A repeat of the service,
    or

  • A partial refund if a repeat is not possible or appropriate.

We will always work to resolve any service issues as quickly as possible.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • The service was completed to the agreed and approved specification

  • Issues arising after the service was completed

  • Custom, personalised, specialist, or special-order finishes where work has already started

  • Missed appointments or failure to provide access to the vehicle or wheels at the agreed time (a call-out fee may apply)

  • Loan wheels fitted and used where associated costs have been incurred


Deposits

Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun or loan wheels have been fitted. If no work has started, deposit refunds may be offered at our discretion.


Faulty Workmanship

If you believe there is an issue with the workmanship, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe. We will inspect the wheels and, if the fault relates to our service, the work will be repeated or corrected at no additional cost.
